You’re only as effective as your team.

“What gets in the way of good work? There are only two possibilities. The first is that people don’t know how to do good work. The second is that they know how but aren’t motivated.”

— Andy Grove

Product is easy. People are hard. If you could do all the product management yourself, you would. As a leader, you must be a teacher. My mission is to teach the teachers and create a world with more effective & empathetic product leaders.

When I left my last company, I was struggling to define what my own unique value proposition is. A former colleague of mine said to me,

You have the uncanny ability to turn theory into practice. That is rare.

I can show you how to do the same thing to create winning teams.

There’s a tonne of advice out there for how to make the leap into leadership, but once you’re there, who’s there to help? You need someone who understands middle manager blues. I’ve been building digital products for over 15 years. I’m still doing it, currently as the Director of Product Management at AgencyAnalytics. Let’s turn theory into your own product leadership practice.

🏆 Career Highlights:

  • Growth: 3x GMV for Loblaw Digital's first natively digital eCommerce business in its first few years of business.

  • Rapid Development: Launched PC Express Rapid Delivery (a joint venture between Loblaw Digital & DoorDash) in seven cities in less than 3 months

  • Mentorship: Shaped the career of 15 product managers across all levels: from APMs to Group PMs. At my last company, in six months I levelled up a junior team across core PM competencies: strategy, execution, influence, and customer insights.

📚 Commitment to Product Craft
I am passionate about levelling up the craft of product builders across Canada. I’ve been levelling up Canada’s product game over the past six years through community-led initiatives including the Toronto Product Management Association, APM Canada, and Women in Product.
